Overview
The RILLHOLT RH-SD-003 is a track-mounted, self-propelled surface DTH drill rig for 90-152 mm blast holes, driven from a control console rather than a cab. It takes 3.5, 4 and 5 inch hammers on 76 mm drilling pipes and gives 2,300 Nm maximum rotation torque at 0-140 rpm with 37 kN pull-up force. Power is a three-stage Yuchai engine rated 73.5 kW at 2,200 rpm, and a standard two-stage dry dust collector handles the dust from the collar. At 6,800 kg with a 6,610 x 2,240 x 2,750 mm transport envelope it is a light rig that can be moved on a small truck or moved across the bench on its own tracks.
