Overview
The RILLHOLT RH-SD-005 is a tracked, self-propelled surface DTH rig for 115-165 mm blast holes. It takes 4, 5 and 6 inch hammers on 76 and 89 mm drilling pipes, gives 3,200 Nm maximum rotation torque at 0-110 rpm with 20 kN pull-up force, and uses a 3,000 mm starter pipe. A longer drill pipe and a longer feed beam give a large coverage area per setup, and the machine is the heaviest in its class at 7,200 kg, which the maker presents for stability in tough ground. Power is a three-stage Yuchai engine rated 73.5 kW at 2,200 rpm, with a standard two-stage dry dust collector.
