Overview
The RILLHOLT RH-SD-007 is the mid-size unit of the SDC integrated range: a track-mounted, fully hydraulic DTH rig for 115-152 mm blast holes, with China Stage IV emissions and a 264 kW Cummins L9. Drilling uses 4 or 5 inch hammers on 76, 89 or 102 mm rods from a 6+1 rotary magazine of 4,000 mm rods. The Airman SK LG compressor delivers 18.7 m³/min at 1,800 rpm and 20.3 m³/min at 2,000 rpm up to 22 bar, with CMS control. The HRH150H rotary head gives 2,100 Nm drilling and 3,900 Nm break-out torque, and the 24 m² dust collector with 24 elements handles the larger hole size. Weight is 16,500 kg on 310 mm three-groove plates with 115 kN traction and 30 degree gradeability.
