Overview
The RILLHOLT RH-SD-008 is the high-pressure DTH rig of the SDC range: a track-mounted, fully hydraulic machine for 138-178 mm blast holes with 5 and 6 inch hammers on 102 or 114 mm rods. A Cummins QSZ13 rated 335 kW at 1,900 rpm drives a Fusheng-Airman two-stage screw compressor delivering 24.6 m³/min at 24 bar, and the SANDVIK HTRH6 rotary head turns 4,300 Nm drilling and 7,000 Nm break-out torque at 0-80 rpm. The rotary magazine takes 7+1 rods of 5,000 mm in 102 mm rod size for 40 m maximum depth. Weight is 24,350 kg with 165 kN traction per side on 400 mm three-groove plates, and the FOPS/ROPS cab is rated below 85 dB(A).
