Overview
The RILLHOLT RH-SD-009 is the largest SDC model: a track-mounted, fully hydraulic DTH rig built to China Stage IV for 138-178 mm blast holes with 5 and 6 inch hammers. A 412 kW Cummins M14 CN IV engine drives an Airman two-stage compressor delivering 24.6 m³/min at 24 bar, with CMS control. The SANDVIK HTRH6 rotary head gives 4,300 Nm drilling and 7,000 Nm break-out torque at 0-80 rpm, and the rotary magazine holds 7+1 rods of 5,000 mm for 40 m maximum depth. Hole coverage is printed by rod size: 138-165 mm on 102 mm rods and 140-178 mm on 114 mm rods. Weight is 25,430 kg with 165 kN traction per side and 20 degree gradeability.
