Overview
The RILLHOLT RH-SD-010 is an internal-combustion, fully hydraulic crawler top-hammer rig with everything on board, including a cab and rod changer, so rods are added and removed from inside the air-conditioned cab. It drills 76-115 mm holes with 45 or 51 mm MF rods using an LD120 rock drill rated 20 kW at 42-52 Hz and 1,765 Nm rotation torque. The Cummins QSB6.7-C220 engine is rated 164 kW at 2,200 rpm and drives the Enduro 25 screw compressor, which supplies 8.1 m³/min of flushing air at 4-10 bar. An RH120 rod changer holds 6+1 rods of 3,660 mm for 25 m maximum depth, and the rig weighs 16,500 kg.
