Overview
The RILLHOLT RH-SD-012 is an internal-combustion, fully hydraulic crawler top-hammer rig whose upper frame rotates 360 degrees on the track frame, with rod handling controlled from the air-conditioned cab. It drills 76-102 mm holes (the range depends on site conditions and rock properties) with 38, 45 or 51 mm rods using an LD100 (HL650) rock drill rated 17.5 kW at 44-56 Hz and 1,335 Nm maximum torque. The CF100 feed beam is 8,000 mm long and the RH120 changer holds 6+1 rods of 3,660 mm for 24 m maximum depth. A Cummins QSB5.9 engine rated 154 kW at 2,200 rpm drives the Enduro 12 compressor, which supplies 6.2 m³/min at 8 bar. Weight is 14,500 kg with 90 kN traction and 20 degree gradeability.
